Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and cosmetic items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
This policy exists to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of every product we deliver to our customers.
Exceptions
We will review requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was not delivered
To request a review, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

Refunds (When Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
